Got this album back in early 60s....BV was a fill in for Buddy Holly, who died in the plane crash. Vee and his group filled in at the concert held in Fargo, at which Holly and others were due to perform. This album is a great tribute to Holly and helped launch a fantastic career for a new young singer. Vee went on to record several hits and make an enormous contribution to rock and roll....an idol of many of us teens of the 60s.
