beginning sounds like mayfield by augustana. but this came before augustana so they probably copied.

I think it is an acquired taste. I did not like Mineral at first, partially because when I started reading about them people kept comparing them to SDRE, and I tried listening to them, and that is only half assed true (the SDRE thing). I think part of the appeal of Mineral is that no one else sounds like them. I have YET to hear a successful Chris Simpson mimic. Mineral is now one of my favourite bands, but like I said, first I heard them I did not like them.

Unreal beautiful.  The ending is amazing.

For me the Intro is the best Part of the song.
