Electronic music genres are defined by the drum patterns and speed. Not what kind of “feel” it may have. There are sub categories like “liquid” but what ultimately defines the genre is the drum pattern and beats per minute not the way the melody or style may sound like. Furthermore, dubstep was not a phase. The particular style which became mainstream may have been a phase. However the genre it’s self have roots which go back to the beginning of British and Jamaican-British electronic music production. Both DnB & dubstep have historical depth and passion behind them - the likes of which it sounds like the uploader of this song, nor any of the ignorant commenters have any idea about.

This tune gives me strength by bringing me to one of my deepest pains. Love is beautiful yet so painful. The cover with the couple takes you to that place.
