When I see my baby what do I see
Poetry poetry in motion
Poetry in motion walking by my side
Her lovely locomotion keeps my eyes open wide
Poetry in motion see her gentle sway
A wave out on the ocean could never move that way
I love every movement there’s nothing I would change
She doesn’t need improvement she’s much too nice to rearrange
Poetry in motion dancing close to me
A flower of devotion a swaying gracefuly
Poetry in motion see her gentle sway
A wave out on the ocean could never move that way
I love every movement there’s nothing I would change
She doesn’t need improvement she’s much too nice to rearrange
Poetry in motion all that I adore
No number nine love potion could make me love her more
Even in 2019, this song withstands the tests of time and for good reason. I remember my grandparents playing Tillotson back when I was around 5-6 years old... in 2008. And hearing this song again is a window into my childhood. As much as I do enjoy some songs on my generation, a part of my soul remains with the oldies too!
I kissed my first girl to this song back in the seventh grade. I received two weeks of detention but it was worth it. I hope this girl wound up having a blessed life as I have had ~~~ Peace and Tranquility
