I think he was touring and partying and living like a single man on the road and she stayed at home taking care of the family,he then saw her as a force that tried to "reign him in" and he couldnt handle it - She became like the "mother figure" ..not the exciting and sexy girlfriend anymore

Made me cry back then for their love story..makes me still cry now 40 yrs later...JT said in interview..their marriage was premature..he wasnt ready to be a responsible husband then..and the drug addiction was in the way...they probably r soulmates or even twin flames ..learned from one another...moved on..after this worldly life will meet again..or may reincarnate to be together that way....he matured with others...and is happier now with 3 rd wife..the light of god shines in him..hes pisces. Too bad Carly had to lash out at him in her book. Listen all to his interview about Drugs, beatles..and Carly think it was 2009
