Sorry, I confused Carolyn with Linda Griner, regarding living in Baltimore.  Of course, Carolyn won the Detroit radio station contest that won her a recording session and contract with Motown Records.  But my statements about not ever seeing any documentation on, or heard anything about her ever recording backgrounds for Motown still stands.

lol the amount i have put on to real player over the years and lost them again must be in the tens of thousands. My collection of records [heartbreak] were promised to my nephew years before i gave any thought to what i had told him,never think a kid cant remember,my brother said "you promised him" so i handed over near on 5000 loved records. Made from cats to wigan via keithley,the brit,mecca in fact everywhere,he now lives on the upper eastside new york,never gonna get them back am i ? x

This uses the same music and backing tracks as the Velvelettes version. She was terrific, so deserving of more success. I love her "Since You Came Along"!
