Berigan.....the stand-out voice of the swing age; edgy, quavering ,different...yet his singing is lost in time, giving way to the exigencies of swing band playing....but this one song is all we need today, to remind us that once upon a time, singing was beautiful.

Always loved this record but was so disappointed that Bunny died so young through self-inflicted alcaholism. Fortunately, he left us a timeless classic.
