It sounds like CC Rider to me. Or at least much of it does. I sure wish I could play like him.

This is most definitely not "See see rider", but "Guitar Shuffle" or "Shuffle rag". The recording attributes the track to Ma Rainey, who did not play fingerstyle guitar ! Thanks for this post, one of my favourite Broonzy instrumentals. Great variation on this is on the Studs Terkel album with Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee
