Such a simple, elegant, BEAUTIFUL song!!!! Loved these days... no one is making music like this anymore, what a shame.

My mother posted this song a few days before she passed, unexpectedly. I had never heard it before, today. WOW

Very well said. I feel exactly the same way. I hope this music lives forever. I know it will follow me until me day I pass. Very Happy I live in the 70"s all the great music we had, and still have. it was a wonderful time and forever forged in my heart.

Message is as meaningful today in my life as it was in 1979 ....war, divorce, loss of finances, loss of innocence, loss of faith, loss of civilian career (Pharmacy is a bad choice of medical careers...we’ve been replaced by mail order), loss of career I loved but paid dearly for (US Army Special Forces 18D-Z), kids grown up and gone, being marginalized in a culture of youth.....but we stand up, knock off the dust and keep rolling those dice....that or hang it up and what a waste of life it would be to hang it up....don’t compare yourself with others more successful....the only person you need to compete with is that person you were yesterday...be yourself, but be your better self....do it or die
