Apart from the random English phrases (which clash meaningwise with the Russian), the lyrics (especially "And I do not know how I live without thee" and "Without thee, spring is not spring") put me in mind of someone C. S. Lewis wrote of in one of his later essays, giving her the alias "Mrs. A"*. After she helped her husband through a major illness, he repaid her by ditching her for someone younger. He ["Mr. A"] was taken aback by her despairing suicide, but had no remorse for his ingratitude.* Just change adjective endings as needed; they should still fit the meter.
