HenriSexton1-I seriously doubt that this track started out as an Eddie Hazel outtake. There is way too much Bernie up front in the mix to be an EH cut. I can believe that Tiki is on the drums though.

Bernie is up front but you can tell bernie played keys first with eddie, billy, and tiki and then bernie went and oberdubbed some synthesizers p funk did a lot of overdibbing plus i believe this was one of eddies leftovers george had so manu tracks laying around he didnt know what to do with them and it was all about what track went to who since the same musicians played on everybodys tracks
